CEO & Founder John F. Braggiotti (www.jbraggiotti.com)
Developed "LOBBY MANAGER" with the goal of providing businesses a better tool to manage their customer wait time.
 Created Lobby Manager for Managing waiting time in lobby areas, any kind of waiting rooms and creating team work between staff. Mr. Braggiotti says "it is incredibly helpful to staff and management and helps develop smoother relationships among staff such as between a receptionist and a office manager as well"

Mr. Braggiotti represented Apple and Microsoft products and services through their respective subsidiaries. He is a serial entrepreneur and has also launched SFA ( Sales Force Automation), Wireless and PDA solutions. Additionally, he has over 20 years of international business development experience, launched divisions for multi-billion dollar companies in Europe and South America.

Christina Robben Vice President
Previously worked for Oracle Corporation as a Senior Sales Consultant for one of the highest revenue teams within the CRM ( Customer Relationship Management) organization ( www.oracle.com ).
Ms. Robben has a rich background in Manufacturing & Supply Management, previous customers included Bell Helicopter, GE, Ford, GM a few of a long list of her customers.

Per Lindskog
A 20 year veteran with Ericsson ( www.ericsson.com ) is an expert with Customer Relationship areas. Specifically was responsible within Ericsson to increase customer satisfaction and perception of the brand. Additionally, Mr. Lindskog had global responsibilities with multiple regions including, U.S., Europe, Latin America & Africa.




Our History

Lobby Manager was developed in 2006 and was sold to BMW dealerships. As demand grew for Lobby Manager, we customized it to work with different environments, including Medical offices, restaurants, hotels, etc. In general any location that has people waiting and should be tracking the amount of time people wait as well as informing or Alerting management when someone waits too long.

 We strive for professional excellence and have adopted a flexible approach to product development. Our software development team has extensive experience in many areas, and is actively involved in the programming community. Our aim is to grow our awareness of a broad range of technical possibilities in order to implement those most suited to our current projects. We encourage our existing and potential customers to provide feedback on our products as this helps us to understand their business processes and meet their requirements.
